Why we exist
Most people have a drawer with an old phone or laptop in it. It's worth money, and it's worth more to someone who'd rather buy refurbished than new. We make that trade quick and honest: answer a few questions, get a real price, post it free, get paid.
How we price
We start from what a device actually resells for and work back from there. That's why the spec questions matter - an i7 with 16 GB is worth meaningfully more than the base model, and we'd rather ask than guess low. Your price is locked for 10 days so you can think about it.
No surprises
If a device arrives matching what you described, you get the price you were quoted. If it doesn't, we tell you exactly what we found and offer a revised price. Say no and we post it back free - no fee, no argument. That's the part of this industry that usually disappoints people, so it's the part we've written into our terms.
Your data
Every device is securely erased on arrival and we keep a wipe certificate for it. Reset yours before sending anyway - belt and braces.
